When do I use or collect your personal data and for what purpose?
My services mainly focus on businesses. Therefore, if I enter into an agreement with you or your organization, I need the following Personal Data to be able to contact you and send you my correspondence, contracts and other documentation: – the name of my contact person(s), (first name and last name). – the business contact details, such as address details, telephone number and e-mail. You provide me with this Personal Data yourself or the data is public. In addition to this information, I also need the Chamber of Commerce number and the VAT number for invoicing to you. If you enter into an agreement with me, after a quotation process, I will keep the document(s) containing your Personal Data in my administration, with a maximum of 7 years. I ensure appropriate security of (personal)data. The systems and facilities I work with are well secured and a data processing agreement has been concluded with IT-suppliers. I do not share with or sell to other organisations, your Personal Data, unless I am legally obliged to do so. I also do not share Personal Data outside the European Union.
